After a whirlwind of phone calls, trade offers, and counteroffers, the Arizona Cardinals opted to stay put at No. 4 in the 2024 NFL Draft. And perhaps it was the right call, as they landed one of the draft’s most coveted prospects – Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. Analysts predict that Harrison Jr. could be the Cardinals’ next Larry Fitzgerald.
The anticipation was palpable, fueled earlier in the day by quarterback Kyler Murray’s social media post hinting at something special: “Something about today just feels right, vibes are immaculate.”
Arizona was in desperate need of a top wide receiver after parting ways with DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown in the offseasons. Now, Harrison Jr., son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison Sr., fills that void.
